Description:

Abhilash Shetty is the director of the Kannada comedy-drama Naale Rajaa Koli Majaa (2025), popularly referred to as Sunday Special. This film explores the life of an 11-year-old girl named Sneha, who sets out on a fanciful quest to obtain chicken curry on Gandhi Jayanti—a day when meat sales are banned nationwide in observance of Mahatma Gandhi's non-violent teachings—and serves as a spiritual follow-up to his 2021 film Koli Taal.
