Description:
Liane, 19, resides in the southern French city of Fréjus with her mother and sister. Desperate to be beautiful and famous, she goes to try out for a reality program called "Miracle Island." Liane resides in the sun-drenched village of Fréjus with her mother and younger sister. She painstakingly creates a hypersexualized online identity using sites like Instagram to attract attention because she wants to get away from her situation. When a producer from the reality TV program Miracle Island calls her for an audition, her dreams come true. Her key to stardom appears to be this opportunity. But as the weeks go by with no more communication, Liane struggles with the hard truth of her decisions and the transient nature of online celebrity.
