Description:
A disgruntled and misanthropic newlywed who learns to control her wild tendencies and finds herself in unexpected settings is the subject of this genre-bending comedy. Sister Midnight, which is set in a Mumbai slum, centers on Uma, a vibrant lady who relocates to the city following an arranged marriage to Gopal (Ashok Pathak), a docile and emotionally aloof guy. Being confined to their small apartment makes Uma feel more alone and irritated. After her attempts to adjust to family life fail, she starts having bizarre animal hallucinations, such as stop-motion goats and birds.
