Description:
2009: Sri Lankan forces are combing the bush for concealed weapons and ammunition following the conclusion of the Tamil civilian war. After being employed as laborers, Ranatunga, his brother Somulu, and a few others discover a secret wealth and, by killing the army, flee to the Indian shore with it. Once in India, they pay a dishonest police officer to give them a new identity, but Ranatunga and his guy quickly become a monster in the area, killing people for no other reason and spreading fear over thirty villages where he is the law.
